1. Service Operator

RoofReport.net and the RoofReport service are owned and operated by KIND SERVICES LLC. In these terms, “RoofReport,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KIND SERVICES LLC. View our company information.

2. The RoofReport Service

RoofReport provides property and roof information, report-generation tools, and a marketplace that may help homeowners connect with independent roofing contractors. Roof reports, measurements, estimates, and other information are informational and may be incomplete or differ from conditions observed at the property. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection or professional advice.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit only properties and contact information you are authorized to use.

4. Calls and Text Messages

If you separately opt in, KIND SERVICES LLC may contact you at the number you provide about your requested roof report using automated technology, including an artificial or AI-generated voice, and may send related text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your request; message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For voice calls, say that you do not want further calls or use any opt-out method announced during the call.

5. Independent Contractors

Contractors displayed through RoofReport are independent businesses, not employees or agents of KIND SERVICES LLC. You are responsible for evaluating contractors, licenses, insurance, proposals, contracts, and work. RoofReport does not guarantee contractor availability, pricing, workmanship, or results.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, infringe another person’s rights, or use RoofReport to send spam, commit fraud, or violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The RoofReport service, site design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to KIND SERVICES LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us permission to use it to provide, secure, and improve the service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. KIND SERVICES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
